The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative who will be instrumental in providing top-notch support across various departments at the university. They will be responsible for communicating with potential students as the navigate the application and financial aid process. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

This progression will allow you to leverage your customer service expertise in new and impactful ways, supporting our mission to provide comprehensive assistance to our clients and students.

Responsibilities:

  • Daily communication with current and potential students via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist multiple departments including student services and financial aid with customer-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to improve processes and enhance the student experience.
  • Help execute University events that may include Saturday events.

ScheduleMonday - Friday : 9:00AM - 6:00PM 

Location RequirementsThis is not a remote position; candidate must be willing and able to work in-person at the Tempe campus 

Salary and Summary of Full-Time Employee Benefits: $40,000-$51,000/annually (depending on experience)
